CADEMICO REFUND POLICY


At Cademico, we strive to provide high-quality learning experiences that empower our students to achieve their goals. However, we understand that sometimes a course may not meet your expectations or circumstances may change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, balancing the needs of both our learners and instructors.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

To ensure a smooth and fair refund process, the following criteria must be met:


  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original course purchase date.


  • The course must not have been completed or consumed beyond 20% of its content.


  • Refunds are not applicable for one-time live sessions, downloadable materials, or special promotional offers unless otherwise stated.


  • If a course was purchased through a third-party or a promotional partner, different refund terms may apply.


  • Learners who violate our Code of Conduct or Terms of Use may not be eligible for a refund.


2. How to Request a Refund

  • To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@cademico.com with your order details, including the course title and purchase date.


  • Once your refund request is received, we will review your case and aim to respond within 3-5 business days.


  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

  • For transactions made through third-party payment providers, additional processing time may apply depending on the provider's policies.


3. Dispute Resolution


At Cademico, we encourage direct communication between students and instructors to resolve any concerns. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, our support team will intervene to mediate the dispute. Our approach includes:


  • Reviewing the student’s usage and progress within the course.


  • Assessing the course quality and support provided by the instructor.


  • Offering a partial or full refund based on the findings of the investigation.


  • Providing guidance to instructors on improving course content and delivery to prevent future disputes.


4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be granted for:


  • Courses completed or where more than 20% of the content has been accessed.


  • Downloadable resources, certificates, or physical products associated with the course.


  • Issues related to user error, device incompatibility, or poor internet connectivity.


  • Subscription services, membership fees, or recurring payments unless otherwise specified.


5. Exceptional Cases


In exceptional circumstances, such as technical errors on our platform, unauthorized transactions, or accidental purchases, refunds may be considered outside the standard policy. These will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, we may also provide course credits as an alternative to a refund.
